English/Language Arts News As we are nearing the end of the 2nd 9 weeks, we are continuing our novel reading of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. This week and the following before Winter Break, we will examine literary techniques such as characterization, themes, and plot development throughout the novel. We will have a summative assessment over the novel in the near term. Please continue to check Parent Portal for updates on your child's progress, and encourage your child to turn in his/her work for all classes on time! Now is the time for all of the missing work to be completed so that there is adequate time for grading assignments and entering grades.
