Fall Conferences - Friday, October 30th
Fall conferences will be held on Friday, October 30th, and will be done virtually, either through Zoom or on the phone. During conferences, families will get a chance to (1) learn more information about Hilsman's re-entry plan, (2) see how their student is progressing in their classes so far this year, (3) go over their student's iReady test scores in math and reading, and (4) discuss any other questions or concerns with teachers. Please be expecting some communication from your child's teacher over the next week or two as we begin scheduling conferences!

If you would like to reach out to your child's teacher, the complete 7th grade faculty contact information is listed at the bottom of this blog. Families are such an important link in helping children grow, develop, and improve in their schooling experience, and we welcome this opportunity to meet with you and discuss your child's progress. It is our goal as a school to have 100% participation!

Distance Learning Links
All the links that students and families need can be found at this link, which is also on our website. We hope this makes finding information a little easier!

How can I support my student?

You are the most important person in helping your student succeed, and we want you to partner with us so we can help students be as successful as possible.

  • Help your student establish a routine that includes a consistent bedtime wake up time.

  • Help them establish a consistent place to work during class with a table/desk.

  • Help your student find a consistent place for school materials so they always know where their materials are. Help them organize their materials and/or papers for each class.

  • Headphones will be very helpful if there is more than one student attending class.

Have a technology request?
