Again, if all goes as planned, we will wrap up Unit 3 before we leave for the holiday break. Homework this week will be to complete at least 1 hour of MobyMax 'Math' time. Students should also expect to have a "check-up" quiz on Friday to assess their learning of the Unit 3 standards.

Our learning schedule this week:
Monday: Balancing Equations - Using Hanger Models
Tuesday: Balancing Equations - Dealing with Negative Numbers
Wednesday: Expressions and Equations
Thursday: Expressions and Equations
Friday: "Check-Up" Quiz

If students need additional practice balancing equations, the following link provides access to an interactive "game" called Algebra Equations.

As always, please feel free to email your child's respective math teacher if you have any questions.
